At cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Contact Your Stylist
Reach out to your personal cabi Stylist to initiate the return process and discuss alternative sizing or styling options that might better suit your needs.
Print Return Label
Access your cabi account online to generate and print a prepaid shipping label, ensuring all return documentation is included inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
